Session Duration

The standard LUXE Portrait Booth experience includes up to 3 hours of live photography and guest service, unless otherwise stated in your quotation. Setup and breakdown are carried out outside of the booked session time where venue access allows.

Portrait Allowance

Our standard 3-hour experience is designed around approximately 40 finished portrait selections. Each selected image is professionally photographed, individually selected and edited on-site before being made available for printing and/or digital delivery.

Additional portraits may be accommodated within the booked session where time and demand allow. For events expecting higher guest numbers or a greater volume of portraits, additional staffing may be recommended.

Dedicated Photographer

A dedicated professional photographer is included throughout the LUXE session. Unlike a traditional automated photo booth, each portrait is photographer-led, allowing us to work with guests on posing, composition and lighting to create a finished professional portrait.

Live Editing

Each selected portrait receives an individual on-site edit prior to delivery. Editing and delivery times will vary depending on the number of guests using LUXE at any given time.

During particularly busy periods, guests may experience a short wait between having their photograph taken and receiving the finished image.

Dedicated Editor / Additional Staffing

The standard experience is designed to operate with a photographer-led workflow. For larger events, high-volume requirements or where particularly fast turnaround is required, a dedicated editor or additional LUXE team member may be recommended or required.

Additional staffing will be quoted based on expected guest numbers, the event schedule and required turnaround.

Included Prints

Where a print package is selected, two complimentary prints are included with each of the first 40 finished portrait selections during the standard 3-hour session.

Prints are available in either 4×6" standard format or 6×8" large format, depending on the package selected.

Additional Prints

Additional copies of finished portraits can be purchased at €10 per additional print or €20 for three additional prints.

Additional printing may be prepaid by the event organiser or offered as a guest-purchase option during the event, as agreed in advance.

Digital Delivery & LUXE Kiosk

Where Digital Delivery is included, finished photographs will be made available through the LUXE digital sharing kiosk, allowing guests to access and share their photographs during the event.

Digital delivery options may include QR-based download, email or other available sharing methods, depending on the event setup.

Digital delivery and certain sharing features require suitable internet or network connectivity. While we will make reasonable provisions for the service, availability may be affected by venue connectivity or circumstances outside our control.

Turnaround Times

LUXE is designed to provide photographs within moments; however, it is a live photography and editing service rather than an automated photo booth.

Turnaround times will depend on demand, the complexity of the edit, printing requirements and the number of guests waiting. No specific delivery time per photograph is guaranteed unless a dedicated high-volume workflow has been agreed in advance.

Backdrop & Styling

The standard LUXE Portrait Booth package is priced as a photography and delivery service only and is based on a suitable backdrop or event setting being provided by the client or venue.

Backdrop hire, bespoke backdrops, set design, event styling, props, accessories, floral installations and other custom visual elements are not included as standard.

Where required, we can work with the client to create a tailored LUXE setup designed around the event, wedding or corporate identity. Custom backdrop and styling options are individually quoted based on the requirements of the event.

Event & Corporate Branding

Where applicable, custom event or company branding can be incorporated into print designs and selected elements of the digital experience.

Logos, brand guidelines and other required assets must be supplied in suitable quality prior to the agreed artwork deadline.

Physical branded backdrops, custom-built sets, signage and other physical branding elements are not included in the standard service and are subject to custom pricing.

Space, Power & Venue Access

The client is responsible for providing a suitable photography area and backdrop/event setting unless backdrop or styling services have been specifically included in the quotation.

Reasonable access to electrical power must also be available. The required footprint will depend on the photography, lighting, printing and kiosk configuration and will be confirmed prior to the event.

Adequate access and setup time must be provided before the event, along with reasonable time for breakdown following the session.

Additional Time

Additional operating time can be booked in advance, subject to availability.

Where an extension is requested during the event, we will accommodate this where staffing, venue access and other commitments allow. Additional time will be charged separately.

Guest Numbers & High-Volume Events

Standard pricing is based on the anticipated usage of approximately 40 finished portrait selections during a 3-hour session.

Where significantly higher participation is expected, we may recommend additional photographers, editors, print operators or equipment to ensure the guest experience, image quality and turnaround times can be maintained.

Final Event Gallery

Where LUXE is provided alongside our wider event photography coverage, LUXE photographs can also be incorporated into the final online event gallery.

The complete event gallery will be delivered according to the turnaround time agreed for the main photography coverage.

Equipment & Technical Issues

We use professional photography, printing and digital-delivery equipment and take reasonable precautions to provide a reliable service.

In the event of equipment failure, network interruption, venue connectivity issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to continue the service using available alternatives.

Image Usage & Privacy

Photography and personal information collected through digital delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Any use of guest images for promotional or marketing purposes will be subject to the permissions applicable to the event and our agreed photography terms.
